Anne Phung Nguyen

Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my wonderful fiance JP and my delightful Dad Henry. A lot of people follow me on my Instagram account @annephung. I talk about my personal life- my highs, lows and everything between. When I was in 1990, I came to America with my brother and parents when I turned one and half. If it wasn't for my parents' passion for hard work and sacrifice it is likely that I would not have the privilege of sharing my journey. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I tried to be their proudest and was a twit regarding the success. My plan of life was for me to attend university, find an employment in a company, marry and buy the house. I thought that was the epitome of success however, life was not so sure to teach me the meaning of success. In 2013 I found myself looking forward to going back to my work job the money and status did not bring me joyas I believed I was just wasting my time on a salary when I knew I was in the right place for something more. It was in 2013 that I discovered my love was exercising. Additionally, I enjoyed getting involved in social activities and giving the back to those around me. It led me on one of my new paths and to the field of personal training. In 2014, I launched my own company. I am celebrating my seventh birthday in 2021. Since I am an Asian female in this industry there are very few of us. I strive to be a change maker in the industry to provide the best coaching and guidance to help others to become a healthier and happier person by establishing a sustainable lifestyle cater to your personal goals and requirements. Furthermore, I want people have the confidence to follow their ambitions and attain anything they desire in life. My mother's passing in the midst of my career was taking off I was suffering the greatest loss of my entire life. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease was over, and she now rests in Heaven. Her memory will always be in my heart and thoughts. The lessons of life are often hidden from us, but they can be very valuable. My mother's death changed me so much and I am convinced that she offered me a second chance at life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. She had her chance to begin her new life, and I got another chance to live happy and fulfilled life. Now in my 30s I am able to feel the joy that I am alive and living. It's not like I'm just another number. My personal life experiences are revealed to you so that I can share with the world my personal experiences and thoughts. That will let you know you're not alone. You can do anything if you put your thoughts to the task. Therapy is both common and vital. Health is one of the best source of wealth. My hope is to live your every moment to the fullest and that your death be without regrets, as that's the only thing that we are able to count on in this world.
