Noureen Dwulf was created on February 28th 1984 on the 28th of February, 1984 in New York City. Her desire to become an actor has never stopped. She started building the foundations for her professional career while she was a student at the Boston University School of the Arts. Noureen's career began following her graduation. Her first auditions were for roles in various films. In 2005, she got her first role as a key character in an upcoming film titled West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened in various festival screenings around the globe following its premier at the Sundance Film Festival 2005. Additionally, it was awarded an Oscar nomination for Best Live Action Short Film in the 79th Annual Academy Awards in 2007. The film was the first step of Noureen DeWulf's career. She came to prominence in 1999, after gaining the attention of everyone and acclaim for her performance in American Beauty. Then she went on to be a part of Ghost World (2002), which garnered a lot of praise and garnered her Golden Globe nomination.
