Dick Cheney, who served as the United States as Secretary and Chief of Staff under a president as well as during Congress is a tremendous serving our country. Cheney is an honest man and is respected by Republicans and Democrats. Cheney has said that he regards the role of an honest but discrete adviser in Bush's administration. Cheney has stated in accepting his nomination as the Republican vice president that he hopes to work with a presidential candidate who will be a cross-partisan collaborator and work with political rivals with respect and in an unifying cause. Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on the 30th of January, 1941 in Lincoln Nebraska. When he was 13 years old, he emigrated with his family to Casper within the Western part of Wyoming and his father directed the district for soil conservation in Casper for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
